Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation notification via email and WhatsApp. 

Delivery Times:

• Domestic (Kuwait): Delivery within 24 hours.
• International: Delivery within 2-5 business days.

Shipping Rates:

• Kuwait: A flat shipping rate applies.
• International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Import Duties and Taxes:
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Bbasata is not liable for any additional costs incurred.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Ensure your contact and shipping information is accurate during checkout.
• Follow up with the shipping company if required to receive your shipment.

Undeliverable Shipments:
If delivery is not possible due to incorrect customer details or failure to receive the shipment, the order may be returned or destroyed at the discretion of the shipping company. Bbasata will not be liable for such cases.
