How to use the mushroom:
Each package includes a pre-measured scoop with your daily dose. Take one flat scoop (the powder should be level with the spoon) and mix it into a cup of coffee, tea, water, juice, or any drink you like.
Start by taking it daily for one month, then take a two-week break, and after that continue with four times a week.
Every few months—say, every three months or more of consistent use—it’s recommended to take a break for two weeks to one month.
